I have been Periodicals Librarian at Leonard H. Axe Library at Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg KS, since 2005. I handle setup and management of ejournals, databases, and LibGuides. I also do collection development of print and microform serials. I am also a liaison to the Irene Ransom Bradley School of Nursing, where I do library instruction, collection development of databases, books, and journals to support the program, as well as assisting students and faculty one on one and as groups with doing research, learning to use databases, and tech support issues. I like to write and present about open access, rightsizing, journals, accessibility, and supporting tenure and promotion with citations, downloads of scholarship, and journal rankings data.
