About me
Denise is the Head of Electronic and Continuing Resources at the VCU Libraries. Managing e-resources, including journals and databases within the Ex Libris Alma and Primo systems keeps her busy. She contributes her expertise for licensing, ordering, receiving and maintaining the Libraries’ extensive collection of e-resources. Troubleshooting e-access issues is part of her daily routine. She always has her eyes and ears open for solutions to e-resource issues!
